Big O Tires

A big thanks to Big O Tires today. I was driving a friend's car and all the sudden the light for coolant came on. Normally I would just replace it with it any old coolant but because my friend's car is a Porsche I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Stopped in at big o and they topped off all my fluids thank you

We dropped off a flat to be repaired, they said we needed a new tire. They said they would order it and the tire would be ready between 1:00 and 3:00 the next day. We showed up and they did not order the tire, again said it would be the following day between 1:00 and 3:00, problem is we are headed home tomorrow morning. We are driving home without a spare. Think twice before using these people if you are traveling. Will post an update if our trusty tire people back home fix the tire without replacing it.

The service, price, and timeliness were excellent! I was able to get an oil change in a couple of hours from my inquiry even though they were very busy. Great job Big O Ruidoso.

We had disagreements over what was required during COVID. But recently had excellent service installing a part that I had purchased elsewhere. Thank you.

Not a bad place for your tire needs, and super friendly guys! They're always busy, but that's probably a good thing. I went there after another shop couldn't balance my new tires after 2 attempts. Big O found all 4 tires were still off balance. When I left, my steering was buttery smooth!
