Big O Tires

Last week my aunt and I were visiting Farmington and her vehicle was due for an oil change. Though the shop appeared quite busy on a Saturday, the staff were helpful and courteous. Ronson at the front desk was thorough and patient when answering our questions. During the oil change it was recommended that we get an alignment due to irregular wear on the tires and he explained the importance of addressing the issues promptly. We will happily recommend your place of business to others for reliable and professional service.

Awesome job by all. The front staff could use a little bit of working courtesy but all in all there is the mechanic named Juan who doesn't excellent job. And I believe the manager Everett who wasn't there today is always courteous and helpful he always explains into detail how your vehicle was repaired or serviced so I recommend Big O tires good pricing and professional work

Picked up a horse shoe nail on our way through the state. Stopped in Farmington 30 mins before closing to get a patch. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Excellent experience.

Gotta say best Big O I've been to. Went in for an alignment and a new tire because of alignment. Lex showed me my front end was worse then I thought and the guys transitioned to the new work order got my 3500hd all fixed up no clicking and new tires. I appreciate these guys at the Big O on San Juan and Lex was way on point. Thanks guys
