Big O Tires

Stopped here on a cross country trip when I had a piece of metal in my tire, they didn’t have the exact tire I would have needed but helped to remove the debris and patch the hole. After leak checking it they wouldn’t even charge me, I’ve had several great experiences with Big-O in Colorado that saved 2 cross country trips. 5 stars for sure, thanks guys

Highly recommend Big O! My truck wasn't driving right, and they got me in quickly to diagnose. They even walked me to the garage to show me the problems on my truck, and took the time to explain the possible contributing factors and how the damaged (and missing) parts function. The needed repair was completed ahead of anticipated schedule and now it drives like a completely different vehicle: much safer. When the dust shield acted up upon pickup, I returned and they fixed it within 20 minutes. The staff are professional, patient, and highly customer/service oriented. Big O Durango is now my preferred mechanic for tires and drivability repairs!

Took my 4 runner there to see if I needed breaks for some intermittent squealing. The guys were honest and informed me I didn’t need breaks but offered some solution for the problem- no charge! As a young woman with no vehicle knowledge I am constantly ripped off by companies doing things that aren’t needed. Appreciate the honesty and the guidance guys, you are all wonderful.

Wife and I were meeting our children in Durango. Our daughters were traveling together and had a blowout south of Durango and them 20 miles later, the doughnut gave up, leaving them stranded. We had to pick them up late at night and figure out our plan. Big O fixed the blown tire quickly Saturday morning, so we were able to fix the flat and drive the car back into town and get the other three replaced. Good prices and impeccable service. Windsor was phenomenal and I recommend Big O in Durango with confidence.

Friendly and professional. I called before showing up and spoke with Windsor. I didn’t know the tire size, but told him the make and model to check inventory. When I arrived even before I got out of my car Windsor was there confirming the size and greeting me.
