Huge thanks to Demario and the guys for getting me done so fast on a busy day. There knowledge and experience helped me choose the right wheels and tires for my vehicle. Couldn't be happier with choosing big o tires and the team there. Thank you guys and will definitely be back.

Had a tire go out on a work truck on a friday night as I was passing near the area. Was able to get a new tire put on Saturday morning with no issues. Service was absolutely fabulous, with Robert being particularly helpful. The silver lining was I dropped my house keys in the parking lot and unfortunately was too far away before I realized it as I work in a neighboring state. Called them up and they were more than happy to mail them back to me. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine friendly service

I’ll start off by simply saying these guys here are super friendly and easygoing. I went in initially just to get an inspection done that the DMV requires for registration and as soon as I stepped in the door it was like I was a kid in a candy store with so many options to choose from with All Terrain tires and aftermarket wheels. I asked for a price quote for a setup I was interested in and within 15 minutes I was quoted, which was steep but affordable and reasonable. They did the inspection and that only took 10 minutes. They ordered the tires and installed both the tires and wheels the next day! I dropped my truck off at roughly 9:00 AM and got it back at 1:00 PM. They deflated my stock tires and placed them in my truck bed as I told them I wanted to keep them. Overall, I am very satisfied with how my visit at Big O St. Robert went. Shortly after I had these wheels and tires installed, I installed a Rough Country Hidden Winch Bumper which I think the tires complement SO well. Thanks to the team at Big O St Robert for everything y’all do!

Very happy! I was traveling from AZ to OH when my transmission acted up. Had it towed to Big O. I worked with DeMario who was upfront & honest from beginning to end. He gave me a lot of information & explained the info. While the issue was worse than I was hoping, he was able to come up with a solution for the situation I was in. Definitely would recommend this location.
