Big O Tires

I called for a quote and to book an appointment for a set of new tires and an oil change. I spoke with Rodrigo, got the quote and set up the appointment. I come in and meet Rodrigo, we go over the quote and he suggested a set of tires that I was happy with that also brought my quote down significantly, he also had the techs look over a couple of things I had brought up to see the extent. I was in and out and back on the road in about an hour, and he was super friendly! This experience has made me a Big O customer for life!

Not only did they not take care of my car, they also assaulted me as I tried to leave. After what I would have labeled a very successful 2 year business relationship, once I had issues with my warranties purchased, I was treated incredibly poorly. They did not honor our agreements, and they followed me out into the parking lot and slammed my car door shut as I was leaving, threatening to call the police. I would not recommend choosing this Big O. I have learned through this process of using my tire warranty that Big O is NOT a chain, but a franchise. Once you purchase warranties with a specific Big O, you cannot use other Big O’s in a 20 mile radius to service your warranties. I will be using the Big O that seems to have time and energy to finish out my tire and alignment packages warranties purchased. They seem to have great customer service. I had an issue with my tire for the first time since purchase (about 2 years ago now) 2 weeks ago. I have faithfully been bringing my car to this Big O for every single repair and issue I’ve had due to our ongoing business relationship. They did not replace my tire that had gone totally flat destroying my rim. And instead rotated it somewhere different and didn’t tell me. I was out in danger out in the mountains with a faulty tire that went flat. When I went back to the store today to let them know they hadn’t followed the warranty, including telling me the damage to my rim wasn’t bad enough to cover - who gets to decide that aside from me??? They gave me attitude and wanted to charge me $30 to put the new tire on that they should have put on 2 weeks ago when my car was in the shop the entire day. He told me it was the same result and I said except for the additional day I’ve spent with my car in the shop. Let’s call it good and waive the $30 and keep me happy. He said no, and I said ok, send me a bill and I’ll sleep on it. At this point he threatened to call the cops, to which point I said be my guest and walked out of the store. He followed me, yelling and threatening to call the cops. I told him once again I would sleep on it and to send me a bill. He then slammed my car door in a way that frightened me.

Received coupon in mail for $20 oil change. I even called them in advance to make sure my 2002 car would be okay and they said it should be fine. Once I got there they said they don't have this oil and they would have to give me synthetic blend. Not sure how mechanic shop can be out of oil.

We buy our tires here and always have. The service at this location is top notch. We had a problem with one of our tires … it had a blowout . We called Big O Tires and took it in- we spoke with Rodrigo who ordered a replacement tire and called us when it came in . I took it in to have it put on … it took them less than an hour to take care of us. I would recommend this location over and over to anyone who needs a great price on a new set of tires. Thank you Rodrigo- Grady got the great customer service as usual…

These guys are great. I called the Thursday before Labor Day and was able to get an appointment the next day. Grady handled everything--such a fun guy. He graciously showed me the new tires and explained the warranties that came with the tires. The whole process of four new tires and an oil change took about an hour. Everything was in the price point I came in with. I'm so impressed I'm sending my hubby down there for his automotive needs. Great find. Will use again.
