Big O Tires

Edit: Appears the experience you have depends on whom is working. I had a front tire leak. They determined it was a cracked rim, but in the process, they destroyed my TPM. On the phone, they agreed to sell me a TPM that I would hand carry to the rim welding shop. When I arrived, I was told they don't do over the counter sales. Previously: Great experience. I have a high-performance car that finding all season tires is difficult. Mark did a great job finding tires that were perfect and in stock at the warehouse. The crew was very careful with my low car (using a jack, not the lift) and with my wheels (they were unscathed).

Realized I had a flat on my X3 and needed to get the tire replaced because it was a run flat. Called Brennan and he was able to get the tires available within 24hrs. Spent a little under 2 hours and was drivable again. They offer fair pricing and are competitive with other tire shops in the area. New update: Had to come back sooner than expected due to a flat. Thankfully, I purchased the warranty and they patched my tire for free! Will always come back here as long as I'm in the area! Great service and quality work.

My Big-O Legacy tires only had 25k miles on them vs the 75k mileage warranty. I had to visit the shop twice and argue with them to honor the warranty. They tried to talk me into "Buy 2 get 2 free" which is only 50%--according to their warranty I should be getting 66% off. But ultimately they did the right thing, and had my tires ready by the end of the week. Total it took 3 visits and some back-and-forth, but ultimately I am happy. The old ones that only lasted 25k were made by Cooper, so I'm hoping the new ones made by Toyo last closer to 75k. Keep your paperwork!

My car broke down near this big O tire in Olathe around a 119th and black Bob. Everybody in there was super friendly. The prices were more than fair. I strongly recommend them!
