Big O Tires

I dropped my truck off on the morning of 12/20/23. I can’t remember who checked me in, but the process and tire selection went smoothly. The techs installed the tires then aligned the truck. When the truck was completed, I drove around town to check the alignment. The truck didn’t seem to be driving straight and the steering wheel was misaligned. When I got home, I also noticed some fresh gouging/dings in the aluminum on the RH front wheel. I took the truck back the same afternoon and spoke with Adam Littleton about my concerns. He immediately jumped into action to correct the problems. He ordered a new/used wheel and scheduled me for another alignment the next day. When I dropped off my truck today for the second alignment and wheel swap, I was greeted by Adam who was again, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He personally oversaw the alignment, which the techs were having some trouble with. The wait got a little long and I offered to let them keep the truck to diagnose the issue. Adam arranged for another tech to give me and my wife a ride home and said he’d call me as soon as it’s completed. Adam called an hour later and said the truck is finished while also explaining that the alignment issue was caused by a worn inner tie rod end. I told him that I’d be right over to settle up and that’s when he told me that there was no charge. I insisted that I’d like to pay for the part, but again he said no charge. Absolutely excellent service.

Adam and his team are awesome!! I am always greeted promptly, the work is done as promised! This time I had an issue with not having the special lug nut tool (my fault), I subsequently found it and will be back to get the tires rotated!!

In my search for new tires, Big O Tires was one of the only places that had my tires in stock. I appreciated that I was able to schedule online, at a time convenient to me, and at a location that was recommended to me by a friend. The tire installation and alignment was timely and efficient. The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the service. Highly recommend!

I took my car in and asked for them to check everything. I told them I was moving and wanted everything that needed maintenance or might need maintenance soon to be taken care of. I didn’t want to get to a new state and need to worry about car maintenance. They said they did and checked everything and said I just needed an oil change and new brakes. I get the car back and move to another state. the day I get there all my car maintenance lights go off. I take it into a Christian Brothers Automotive and they do their system check and they found so many issues. The guys at christian brothers were great and very helpful. I asked how this could happen because I had just taken my car into big o not even a week ago and if it would be possible for all this to happen in that time span. They said it would be impossible for the oil to leak and my suspension to be bad and all of these things don't happen in a week and that big o tire must have missed these or more likely ignored them… as they put it and with the pictures they showed me they don’t know how someone could have been so ignorant to miss this stuff. I called big o tire and they didn’t take any responsibility for what happened or the lack of a thorough check. The most they could offer me was a reimbursement for the oil dipstick that was broken ($11) I’ve never had to write a bad review for a place until now. I’m so disappointed in the service I received and the follow up customer service I received. Christian Brothers and another mechanic for a third opinion all said the issues with my car were obvious and should have been addressed at the time i took it to big o tires. They also said they completed an oil change and my car says it needs an oil change so either they didnt do the oil change or they forgot to update it in my computer system… either way its annoying. On a more positive note I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive. They were so patient with explaining everything to me showing me in person and pictures and taking the time to help me figure out what big o tires did and didn’t do. They weren’t any more expensive than big o and my car has never run better. My car now feels like it drives like how it did when I first bought it. I love them! If anything good came out of this messy annoying frustrating situation its that I found a place to take my car that I can actually trust.

You guys are crushing it. I brought in my 2018 Equinox that had unfortunately run over a large bolt. I walked about a mile home and when I arrived, I received an email immediately telling me that my vehicle was done and providing me a full inspection report. I came back to get the car, was greeted with a smile — no charge! I dropped the offender into the “look what was in my tire bucket.” Love that you are just down the street for me and so grateful for your service!!!!
