Big O Tires

I will never go back to big-o again! Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Got home and notices my drain plug was dripping, I tried tighten the plug it still leaked. I picked up a new washer and drained the oil to replace the washer and the oil was black as hell like it was never changed. My 7.3 rebuilt engine only has 20k miles and has never had black oil after 25 mile. I spent 14k on my engine and not willing to have it ruined on a 150 dollar oil change.

Usually do my business with Discount Tire for a reason and this last visit to Big O proved my point. Discount was closed on the Saturday I needed a flat repaired so I went to Big O. Apart from scratching the black wheel, they did not fix the flat properly. I started losing air faster than before and took it in to Discount tire. They showed me that only a patch had been applied on the tire but no plug which was causing the issue. They informed me that essentially there was nothing that could be done on the tire because it could compromise it if they tried to remove the patch since they didn’t know how Big O had applied it. I now have a damaged tire and since I have a Quattro system I will now have to replace all 4 tires since the guys at Big O couldn’t be bothered to do their job correctly.

Great employees and perfect service. The bathroom ( one) is completely disgusting and BigO should be doing something about this situation and the not nice waiting area. But, if you want good tire service without fluff. These guys are great.

I work for an aerial firefighting company driving a fire support vehicle and trailer. Mike and Chase were able to get my trailer tire repaired very quickly When I explained my situation. I was driving from Denver CO to Pamdale CA. I really appreciate the quick response. Very good place, hard working guys.

The employees are friendly which is the reason for a 3 star review. Here's the bad I took there today for a tire rotation I watched through there observation window as they rotated my tire after they rotated their tires they lowered their jacks so fast my truck bounced very bad when I drove my truck home my tire monitoring system went off they didn't adjust the tire pressure after the rotation I pull heavy trailers every week if I hadn't noticed I could have had a major problem on the road. If there employees are in such a hurry they are willing to risk damaging some ones car and putting some ones life they need to get a fast food job.
