Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Helpful. Cannot say enough good about this location. They even offered to take me home instead of having to wait or call an Uber. Then 2 days later sent me a text checking to see if everything was ok!!! Love this location will definitely come here for any needs my Fusion has.

Best prices and great service!! I’ve gotten two oil changes at this location and have nothing but good things to say! Great price for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation is included. The staff is always so friendly. Their waiting room is nice and well equipped with tables, chairs and outlets so I was able to work while I waited for my car.

Just took my Dodge Grand Caravan to get fixed as I could tell my brakes were bad, got an oil change as well as FREE tire rotation. They were all very helpful and understanding of my situation not having a lot of money, and did everything they could to make sure I had a safe van to drive my kids in. Technician Bryan, and Clyde, and the lady at the desk whose name I didn't catch, thank you so much! I'd like to add that I have an autistic son and they were all so patient and understanding when he started having trouble waiting with me. The lady at the front desk even gave him markers and paper so he could draw while I finished paying for everything. I will definitely be back!

Had an accident, got a flat tire with part of the other car sticking out of my tire! Arrived at Big o Tires on Wornall at 4:30pm. (Closing time) The staff was kind enough to let me in and take care of my tire. Great folks, totally recommend them for your tire needs. Taking my wife's car up there next week to get new tires.

I had a fantastic customer experience thanks to Sharon and Deandre! I don’t know much about cars and called Sharon at Big O to help me replace a spare tire. The cost was going to be over $200. When I arrived and checked out my spare, we realized I had given the wrong measurements and they actually didn’t have the right sized tire available. Deandre, who was working on my car, noticed the spare was only missing an air plug and it was in decent shape (no dents). Deandre worked very hard in the 90 degree heat fixing my spare and mounted it on my car when I didn’t have the proper tools available. Sharon only charged me $23 and saved me so much time and money. I don’t know much about cars, I messed up a lot when trying to order this spare tire. Every step of the way, Sharon and Deandre were incredibly kind, considerate and patient with me. It felt really good to be taken care of and know they had my back! Great people all around. Thank you so much for helping me when I really needed it. I will definitely be coming back!
