Like so many other reviews, I agree the service at the Lincoln store sucks. Groups of employees standing around at the register in the computer department. No one in the aisles to assist in getting a product out. I eventually opened the sliders that cover the product on my own, found the item I wanted, and headed to the nearest register. Employees wouldn't even look up or acknowledge me. Then ended up helping two other customers who were there after me. When they came to finally ring up the others, they stepped around me. Finally, second employee told me one of the two registers was closed and that i could go up to the front registers. I said i would wait. They rang up the other customers, and then walked away! I left without my purchase and bought off Newegg website instead.

Shopping at Best Buy has become the most unpleasant experience. They’ve completely lost focus on the customer. I have two such examples from the past month. First, I recently attempted to purchase two TVs. Upon bringing them out to my car, the employee told me that the TV warranties would be voided and wouldn’t be eligible for return since they didn’t fit upright in my vehicle. So, I simply canceled the online order. Then, I drove over to Target, where I purchased the same TVs. The Target employees happily loaded them into my car and didn’t hassle me. Second, I stopped at Best Buy tonight and attempted to purchase two Ring indoor cameras. Every other Ring product was out on shelves, including the camera I wanted, but in white. For some reason, the black version of the camera was locked behind glass. I was told it would be a 20-minute wait just to have someone unlock the case. So, once again, I left and went to Target, where they don’t force their customers to stand around for 20 minutes to complete a 5-second task. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I’m not giving Best Buy a third chance. They’ve lost a customer for life.

Just went there today and a skinny guy who said he was the manager of the area he was very nice and helpful but, later on when I was looking for a new phone case the next guy I was asking information, was rude and told me while laughing if we don’t have it on the shelf we don’t have it. Didn’t feel welcomed during the 30 minutes of being there felt more along the lines of watched like I was going to steal something.

Called and the extensions lines were closed even though the store was open. I had an item 6months not working wanted to get exchange for a new one as they have their one year warranty. According to the text conversation yes they have it but I have to work with the manufacturer. That was not what I was told at purchase. I was told they cover the first year in store and they deal with the manufacturer. No one knows what is going on there. Have seen it on other reviews.

Was pointed in the right direction to find an item I desired and was happy in the process. Good service and friendly faces that actually smiled and didn't look bored to answer questions. That's refreshing.
