Belk

The one staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The store, however, looks like no one cares about organization, presentation or cleanliness. Boxes are strewn everywhere and it’s hard to find anything worth buying. It makes me wonder if they are about to close.

I liked this Belk in Albany. Hope to visit soon. The staff was nice and my order was ready when I arrived!!!

I had gone to several stores looking for a dress for my brother's funeral. I was of the persuasion to just forget it and try and find something out of my closet. My mom and I went into Belk and was there for 15 minutes and I found a dress. It was also on sale for half price! The associate that assisted us was phenomenal! She was super nice and was interacting with my mom and I as if she had known us prior to coming into Belk. Thank you for being so personal!

Good service but the place is falling apart. Many flickering lights
