Bay City Town Center

I enjoyed my time here. This was my first time coming here. Wasn't to big or to small. It was kept clean and the security kept his presence known but wasn't out to be in anyone's way. I actually felt comfortable seeing security. I will come back. I also found a battleship and the info about it and were it is in Michigan. Thought to be interesting

Nice and clean , went to Bath & Body Works get body wash for wife . The mall isn't what it used to be , not many stores and a fair amount of people use it just for walking and getting exercise.

It's sad to see the mall so empty. The theater and stores that are left keep me going back though. On this trip, I went to Bath & Body to take advantage of a great sale. As always, the girls are very friendly, very helpful, and work as a team to keep customers happy while also tactfully doing loss prevention. Keep up the great work!

Why is it so difficult to find the mall's holiday hours? The website hasn't posted them since 2018, social media doesn't have it, 3rd party sites all have different times listed.

A shell of its former self. Still a wonderful place to shop. Honestly I like it more with less people, but to each their own! Bring back the pretzels!!!
