WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I bought 6 of the most expensive golf cart batteries they have and was told that if anything happens they would replace it. I have had all 6 less than a year and 1 of the 6 batteries was bad. One of the Terminals melted and they try to put the blame on the customer. As you can see in the photos there is nothing that is touching any of the terminals that would make ANYTHING
“Arc”.They sold me a faulty battery and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTIES!!! Called customer service and still getting the run around. Nick the Manager is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and NEEDS A HUGE LESSON IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS WELL AS A REVIEW OF WHAT THE WARRANTY POLICY IS AND NOT TRYING TO CHANGE IT TO FIT WHAT HE WANTS. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!
I purchased a battery for my Dodge truck. The price was lower than Walmart and the Auto Parts Stores. I ordered it online, and picked it up in the store the next day.
Went to store with Samsung phone that would not charge. Just recently put in a new battery bought from Amazon..which was a dud. Nicholas was extremely helpful and gave 100% customer service with a great desire to help and inform. He replaced battery with a real Samsung battery and phone charged fine! No charge for inspection to locate problem and testing battery!
I could not get my phone to turn on. I took it to AT&T and Best Buy. Both told me that my phone was done for. Then I took it to Batteries and Britney worked her magic and had it turned on in minutes. I was almost crying. The phone had 10 years worth of pictures that had not been backed up to anything. She got it going and I just need everyone to know that she is an angel.
