If I could give Kayla a rating further than 5 stars, I would! This was my first time ever getting waxed and I went all in with 3 different waxing services all in the same session. Waxing CAN be for the faint of heart, but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt! Despite the uncomfortable experience that is waxing, Kayla made it sooooooo comfortable! The ambience was and is far better than what I've seen picture wise with chain waxing places and Kayla herself is an absolute joy! Very personable, laid back and a great communicator! Customer service was beyond amazing! Thank you Kayla!!!

Just moved here and needed some summer glow up assistance, was incredibly pleased with the results. Kayla is the best waxer I've ever had, minimal pain and thorough attention to detail, both for underarms and the dreaded Brazilian. Having used European Wax Salon for years, I couldn't believe the difference in quality. Had no pain after getting home and only the slightest bit of tenderness which completely resolved less than 24 hours later. She is amazing and you should absolutely do yourself a favor and go to her instead of a chain store.

Not only was Kayla super professional but she made me feel extremely comfortable. I had never been waxed before and she instantly put me at ease. Her space is really clean and absolutely adorable. As a plant lover I was beyond excited to see her space incorporate so many, it was even more exciting to be able to buy a plant after my waxing too. I can’t wait to go back.

Kayla is enjoyable to talk to and makes the whole process less intimidating for new customers. Had to get my back waxed for a sunny vacation.
