Baptist Health Urgent Care - Maumelle

Fast. Super friendly. Great service. My PCP was amazing! She listened and was compassionate on what my concerns were. She didn’t try to up charge me on anything I did not need. She was suggestive on my worries. This was my first experience at an urgent care and it was great. The nurse that took my vitals and administered my shot was nice and friendly as well. Office visit was $120. Plus shot and medication. But overall decently priced as my insurance lapsed. Thank y’all so much at Baptist Health!

Sliced my palm open and walked in to get help. Greeted by friendly staff and called in within minutes. Walked out 30 minutes later with four stitches and enough dressing supplies for 4 days. I recommend this facility and service to anyone requiring quick minor emergency care. Good people doing a great job!

Everyone was professional. I was seen in a timely manner, as there were several people ahead of me. My B/P was pretty elevated so that kept me a bit longer, checked it again. It had gone down. They did lab work for this, treated my original illness I went there for. Good experience to feel as bad as I did. Thanks

Entire staff was nothing short of amazing. They were slightly busy but still got quality care and treatment. Wait time wasn’t long. I highly recommend.

Had the absolute worst visit with my son today. My son was in yesterday for uncontrollable vomiting. The nurse gave him a shot that helped tremendously for 2 hours. Dr Prescribed something he couldn’t keep down and told him to drink pedialite. Called in and they prescribed suppositories but it took them 5 hours to have them ready. So we went to urgent care to get another shot. Sitting in the exam room my son wanted me to get him chick fil a & pedialite so once he had the shot he’d be able to eat. My son has hypoglycemia so he worries about his blood sugars as it can get down to 40 ( this is documented from John Hopkins) The Dr came in and was heated and being nasty saying my son was sending mixed messages? Throwing up, but wanting to eat, I explained that was in anticipation of feeling better once he had the shot. Practically threw us out. I’ve never been treated so unprofessionally and cruelly. Btw my son is throwing up blood, now. You made a hard situation even harder.
