Baptist Health Urgent Care - Jacksonville

Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. I was in and out within 30 minutes! We will continue to come here with our urgent needs. Cassandra was working in the back and running the front desk. She and her staff are Super hero's!

Worse visit ever even tried to reach out for help and they just take up for each other at this clinic and the patient dr law is out the window at this place they tell everything u talk to them about in thier notes so the world can see it . The nurse practitioner is rude and struck me weird cause the 1 time we seen her she was so nice and sweet this time she was rude and brushed off anything said! walked out not knowing anything ! Don't waste your time at this clinic find a place with a real dr and staff that actually care .. on a good note the lady at the front is super nice and helpful maybe they should make her a nurse practitioner looks like anyone can get this degree at this point !

I really appreciate the streamlined process of making an appointment and how quickly I can be seen. Today, I realized what I thought was just temporary irritation in my eyes could be serious. If I had wanted to get into my PCP or eye doctor it would've been the week after next, but I was able to get in here immediately. I also used this clinic back in February of this year, and even though they couldn't help me once I was seen, they did put me on the right track for the right doctor. I think urgent care centers are a wonderful thing, but to me, all Baptist Health Urgent Care centers rise above and beyond the others.

I love this place. The staff is always kind and they have little to no wait. Great place to go if you are not wanting to sit forever in the ER.

Everyone was polite, helpful and knowledgeable about patient care. I got in right away, was seen by competent staff, who answered all my questions and met all my medical needs.
