Accommodating and friendly, CLEAN and inviting. I had the option to fill out new patient paperwork online and knew many people were in front of me. They also have a play area for the toddlers.

Fast and friendly. I didn't have to ask for what I thought was the best remedy. I appreciate that it was recognized that I had been sick for a while and was ready to feel better, not wait for something else slow acting. I don't like having to go to a clinic. So, showing up and getting the fastest and most potent type of treatment up front is nice.

I was so sick today (Christmas Eve) and they looked me over thoroughly and took chest X-rays and tested for covid, strep, & flu and x rays showed bronchitis.. they gave me the nebulizer treatment and sent in some antibiotics and cough meds!! Every time I go I have a good experience, but the reason I am giving 4 stars is because I saved a spot at 2:15 and didn’t get seen until over an hour being there.. I know it’s a holiday and it’s short staffed but, it’s every time I go!! They are great, just wished it went faster!!

It is Thanksgiving weekend. We could not get our Dr and my son had fever. BH urgent care helped us. They took us fast. They did professional check, they found problem. Medical workers are nice and professional. Receptionists made us very welcome. THANK you!

I have had a fever for the past couple of days. I have not had the energy to get up to do anything. So finally got to the urgent care clinic and they confirmed I had the flu. Luckily we even did a covid test which turned out negative. So I was told to just get some more rest, proper fluids and keep taking dayquil and Nightquil. So hopefully I'll feel better soon.
