i had a long wait past my appt time but the doctor came by and gave me a pill to calm my blood pressure down as i waited. when it was my time that i got to see the doctor she was nice and did her job well

Scheduling an online appointment is highly recommended. Very easy process. If you need urgent care, I highly recommend this place. I have used this location several times. I have been highly satisfied every time.

Very slow. Waited over a hour after my scheduled appointment time. They don't have a doctor in duty. Just a nurse practitioner. Did no real testing on me. I've been sick for a week and a half. Checked my ears, nose and throat. Prescribed some medicine antibiotics. Hopefully they do something. I'm skeptical but hopeful. I just feel like I they are guessing what's wrong because I still have no answer as to why I am sick.

Courteous staff. Professional and forthcoming regarding wait times. Nice interaction with medical staff. No delays out of the ordinary. APRN was great.

We used their Solv app to schedule an appointment to ensure a time ahead of “walk-in’s”. Upon arrival at 8:40 for our 8:45 appointment we had paper work filled out and the receptionist checked us in. Seeing 4 people were already in waiting without appointments. It tells you who is next and who is a walk in on the app. 2 patients have already gone in before us and we are the only ones with an appointment which has already past. I would assume this is the fault of the receptionist not knowing what she is doing or not following the rules.
