They are not honest here. Don't come here for help. After attempting to close my account several times for a year and cash out, we still are no where near being able to do so. Account is closed, but can’t retrieve money. It’s been 12 months, and 10 appointments later, just to keep being told come back at different times they ask me to. Everytime I come they say “oh it’s gonna be several more hours” then I get rescheduled, my own money has been trapped in limbo for a year with no way to remove it. This is ridiculous.

Bad customer service. Executives treat you like a burden.

BBVA being BBVA, inefficient, despotic, classist and above all with terrible customer service, this time contrary to my previous visits I scheduled a digital appointment, it was of no use, even so I sat for half an hour to be attended to and I couldn't get it Now, the branch is extremely small considering the volume of people they serve, it is obvious that they cannot cope, but what is the customer's fault? The immediate attention person has the same profile as the branches I have gone to, without preparation, without social skills. Immediate attention? It should be the wholesale pretext department. In short, one more excuse to end my commitments with the bank and retire to a better option.

The worst bank only lasts 2 hours because the filthy BBVA application doesn't work at all and after spending 2 hours in the bank, the manager told me that the advisor went out to eat after. 1:45 pm and that he leaves at 3 pm and for this reason he didn't even attend to help me that my BBVA application will work, because apparently it is still blocked. And I didn't even receive help from anyone and I better leave that brisas branch, the worst bank, super slow

40 minutes just to cash a check, and there weren't many people. The one who attended me at the window was not as friendly as we can say, at least it was fast.
