Despite having 4 tables to serve, only 2 work. The other 2 employees stay on the phone for another 30 minutes, they must be answering online. It's bad to sit there and people wait... I just know that I went to solve a problem because my card didn't arrive and I've already decided to transform the account into a salary account, better to transfer it to another bank automatically...

I asked for a card over 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. 🤬

I entered the parking lot thinking it was from the agency, I spent 10 minutes and the security guard charged me R$8.00. At the exit of the parking lot I see a sign with tiny letters informing that for an account holder it is only R$3.00 if it has the stamp of the bank representative. Honestly, a lack of respect for the account holder, I suggest not going to this branch if you are driving.

I had a hard time because it was a sequence of misfortunes, but my experience with the employees of this agency was very good. They gave me all the necessary support, they were clear, objective and helpful. I am very grateful to collaborator Renata Santoro and the other young man who welcomed me very well and helped me beyond what was within their competence. Excellent job.

Could have more boxes to improve service time 😃
