The guy who greeted us was super rude, but the attendant was super attentive, the service was for grandma who was going to receive it for the first time!
It's a quick response agency and I've had no problems internally.
The only problem is security, as there are several "street vendors" and homeless people facing it, sometimes even intimidating people leaving the agency.
Great bank, great branch, whenever I needed to go to this branch, I was always well received by the staff. There isn't a long wait to be served and every time I go there the employee manages to solve my problem. The place is clean and organized, this bank and branch I recommend,
A company that restricts the free will of its services provided to the public, that privatizes its account holders and forgets about minor users and who seek better service, from public provision to essential services to its users. With this, they privatize the rights reserved for their citizens, users and customers on a daily basis. Even with virtual services that are no longer effective, it still does not respond to face-to-face services with agility to better provide its employees and previously public services. I give this one star, but if I couldn't I wouldn't rate it.
