I still have nothing against Banco Itaú, but where is the Agency's statement regarding updates to its respective media outlets. I also try to call the number that appears in my search, and it says that the number does not exist. Lack of respect for customers who are residing in another city, "in this case me" and try to get in touch but can't!!
