I was even quickly called to the cashier to withdraw foreign currency that I had SCHEDULED. The cashier asked to wait and started to serve another person who stayed at the cashier for 30 minutes while I stood there waiting. Why can't the other person wait? In the meantime, couldn't there have been some communication that would have left me an easy victim of the joke?

I suggest expanding the space and increasing the number of employees, due to the high demand, and organizing the elderly by providing exclusive service for them outside of demand. The best time during this pandemic is from 11 am, and when it's not payday for retirees lol it's chaos, mercy. Other than that, there are good staff, great guys.
It really is an agency that is out of date, as it is always overcrowded, with a lack of education for the elderly and people who go there to pay basic bills. It's been like this for many years. Itaú needs a different look!
