Dear Good afternoon! Banco Itaú stopped meeting our needs, from the moment we stayed, in this hot sun at 12:29 pm. Just to enter the bank, there are elderly people, there are people who take advantage of their lunch break at work to solve their needs, and we simply have to deal with this type of situation. 01/04/23 and an Obs..... when you enter the screens don't work at the time of calls and voice, and there are elderly people who don't hear well... and everything takes much longer.......

Horrible bank, doesn't solve anything and there are still ATMs that steal your money and the manager doesn't solve it, don't make a deposit through them

It's a frequent situation here at this agency, always crowded and not enough staff to serve customers, something very sad.
