Good service, but still leaves something to be desired. however, what left me perplexed were two things: first, that there was no water at the agency, I had to go get it at a store. so far so good, because it happens. later, I needed to go to the bathroom and found the same with excrement on the floor, dirty toilet paper everywhere and a horrible smell. unnecessary. even more so in a privatized agency.

There is no way not to complain about the service, this is in general, even with laws that favor the consumer but there is no way, there will always be delays, however! The environment is pleasant, the employees serve well, the parking lot is rotating, but very spacious, and accessible to wheelchair users.
