No one answers the exclusive's phone, they've changed managers 4 times in 5 years. How to loyalty? if every time I need to go there I have to deal with a different person. The account belongs to my 84-year-old mother, and an elderly person likes to trust the manager, who in their minds is like a doctor.
It's terrible because we've been trying to resolve the issue of a value for two weeks and they're dragging their feet anyway. Today we're here and the excuse is that the system is down, the manager is incompetent but I've already reported it for misappropriation of the value that I have to receive.
And it looks like I'm going to have to go to court and request compensation.
A terrible service, even the bank phone number they put on Google doesn't exist, and the other one they give you just need to die calling, call until you drop and no one answers.
Lousy service. Employees don't know what to do. Each one says something when you say what you went to do. All untrained and slow. I spent 1 hour until I was attended and they didn't know how to solve my problem. I arrived at another agency and I didn't spend 15 minutes and they didn't ask for anything they asked me there. Completely disoriented.
