This agency should close, or change its ENTIRE staff! Totally unfriendly and unwilling to work, starting with the manager who is locked in his office and doesn't even leave to allow employees access to the systems. Please leave your seats because there are many more competent people willing to work in the market!

Terrible service, from the moment you enter you are treated rudely. The guy at the entrance is rude, the attendants live on their cell phones, only one younger guy seems to really want to work carrying the company on his back. It seems that they select based on appearance, I opened an account here, but I hope I don't need it anymore. It is because of these types of employees that companies tarnish their names, I hope I never need this Bradesco bank again.

The worst bank in Brazil! HORRIBLE service! Employees unwilling to respond. The wait is standing, you can't even get through the revolving door! Absurd!
