Terrible. I have had an account at agency 2195 for years. For years, the treatment and work of employees continues to be completely uncompromised with the agency/company for which they work. Return grade 0. Pay attention to any situation that the account holder needs to resolve note 1. I don't understand if these workers are not supervised by supervision. Today, Padre Eutíquio's agency in Belém/Pa doesn't even have a security door. And no one answers all the phones (including those on the internet).

Quit if you can. Look for another banking institution if you have to open an account. I am an account holder at Bradesco ag. 2195 since the 1990s (almost thirty years ago) and I am deeply disappointed with the current service provided by this agency. There is a lack of professionalism on the part of the employees, or rather, the amateurism with which they are welcoming and serving customers, is depressing and revolting. The lack of commitment is visible. Empathy with customers does not exist. See: Empty branch, 1:09 pm (according to my preferred password) - 5 people to be served (myself included) and 7 employees, with only 2 actually serving, the others either talking to each other or hiding behind the computer terminal monitors. Yes: at 2:00 pm I was still waiting for my service. I missed my next appointment. Amazing!.. all I was looking for was just information that wouldn't take 2 minutes from the attendants and/or manager. If they were willing. Therefore, the advice that I, as a Bradesco account holder for a long time, can give is RUN... there are banks that treat their account holders much better.
