Terrible attendance. The attendant Queila first prevented a lady who could not stand up from sitting down, orbiting her to wait standing before the revolving door. Afterwards, he refused to let another person in to open a salary account, saying it was through the application, and the institution itself instructed him to open it directly with an employee.
Helpful in customer service. We had a small problem with the App login on our cell phone and were promptly helped by an employee who was at the ATMs. We had to reset the access password due to a problem with the App and it helped us resolve the problem quickly. We were satisfied with the service. On another occasion we came to the agency to be seen by the manager who also attended to us promptly and answered our questions.
The place is very spacious! The service is very good. Due to the pandemic, we have to schedule appointments for some types of services, but if it is a quick service, we will be seen right away!

You can make contact by phone, however, it is just there for decoration. Call 1, call 2, call 3 times and no one answers, that's incredible!!
