NEVER in my entire life have I encountered an agency with such poor service. I made a point of suing, not only for the service, but for the negligence. Mess with me, but don't mess with my mother. A YEAR AND A HALF, 6 REQUESTS and none of my mother's card arrived. I call and the attendant simply hangs up the phone, when someone answers. And the anger is so great that I'm filing a complaint with every ombudsman's office.
Banco do Bradesco in Cruzeiro do Sul (like the others in the city) leaves much to be desired, few employees, poor service and delay, faulty tellers, not open 24 hours a day, located in the center of Cruzeiro do Sul, on the corner of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Glory. Not indicated, too bad we have few options.
In a serious country it would have already received so many sanctions for poor service, that it would probably have already gone bankrupt, but, BR is BR.

Worst experience, people arrive at 5 am to try to be seen at around 11 am, totally inhumane.
