If you want to avoid it, avoid doing anything at this agency. Complete disregard for people who need care and has done so for years. They never do anything to improve this place.
Waiting time was very long, there was no service, only one cashier serving. The others left, perhaps for lunch or to talk, while the bank's customers waited for goodwill.
I don't even like thinking about going to the agency, it's very tiring.
The attendants were attentive when asked, but it took me more than an hour to be seen and my problem was extremely simple. It got to the point where there were 5 attendants at their respective counters, but they didn't call anyone for a long time. Don't expect speed from the agency, because for them (and for Bradesco, apparently), your time is worthless
Friday was a peaceful day for anyone looking to close a checking account that had been inactive for about ten years. Even the queue was shorter.
Care was taken to form a queue, due to the current health protocol. However, what surprised me was how quickly the account was closed.
This motivates me to give full marks.
