Terrible attention, I went to replace my debit card at window 2, when I present my INE they tell me that it is not enough as a means of identification, that I need another one as a passport, I explain that I only have the voting card, that your " "system" requests it, and that the only way to carry out the procedure is to request a credit card and then there would be no inconvenience. At Sucursal Andares they gave me my card in less than 10 minutes, all I had to do was make a correction to my last name.

No one fucking answers any of the 4 phones. I've been trying to communicate with someone, anyone, for over an hour. Terrible customer service.

The ATMs are never used by the customer service staff nor are they of any use.
