When ATMs work normally, everything is saturated inside, they skip customers who ask for a digital turn, there is no right-of-way for people with disabilities or the elderly (even though they have that sign on the door), people sneak into the ATM line, they don't decide in line whether to do 1 for practicaja and 1 for normal ATM or if they do everything in 1, those at the front of practicaja make pure bulk and then end up sneaking people from Normal ATM as if nothing because there is no order in the bank, often when I go to practice I have to notify the line of places free of normal ATMs, it is all a mess, 2 dogs already wanted to bite me inside the ATM area They slept inside the bank.

One of the worst branches out there, and its manager! A good for nothing!!! I had seen bad managers in this suc, but the current one is the worst of all

Appalling. I went to open a new account because of the proximity, but they said they didn't have time to assist me, so if I wanted I could do it online. But it doesn't work for me because of the maximum deposit limit it has. I had to go to Banamex, where they treated me with pleasure. Too bad, they lost a good customer.
