Worst system ever. No body does anything and just a simple transaction like getting a card replacement takes over 3 friking hours!!!

TERRIBLE Customer Service…untrained staff, slow and with zero consideration for the customer's time. So that appointments are made through the app... if they still serve you 2 hours after your appointment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE :/
