How they like to waste time... They sent me to executives for a problem with my account, when I ARRIVED they told me that the waiting time was 15 minutes. FOR TWO HOURS they kept me sitting, I asked if I was far away and they only told me that they were almost there, while the executives laughed and laughed. Awful.

Very annoying since they take hours to assist you and they don't want to help you ASER the procedure. I come for a link card I have been carrying all week and they can give it online like before. Today I am going to hemodialysis and I won't go because of their fault. They told me that I have to wait, I feel upset because I am a person with a disability and with their inattitude and no initiative, it is worth clarifying that I am a person with a disability.
