This is a false placement on the map. There is no bank in this neighborhood. This is a safety concern as per experience, I ended up in a dead end. Luckily nothing happened to me but it could to anyone if not familiar with the area. Please have it fixed as soon as possible. I paid for an Uber to take me to a place that didn't exist at the pinpointed location. Then I paid another Uber to take me to the right place but by then it was closed.

It was a bad experience, the people who work there do not help, counting the security, the one who answers and gives you the number, the one at window 4 and the women who are at the desk. Apart from not solving my problem quickly, they did not want to give me my ife until I canceled my account after two hours. And more people who had the same thing. Many left. Some didn't even line up. And besides the staff does everything except work. What a shame.
Hire people who like to give service, not just stupid people.... And see how I sue them because they can't retain an ife.
