I went on a Saturday, I was waiting in line to be able to meet an executive. I waited 3 hours at the Bank, 2:00 pm arrived and a worker came out to inform them that they would no longer serve anyone else. At no time did they notify in advance that they would only serve a certain number of people, we were simply outside in the sun waiting for many people to be served and only at closing was they informed that they would no longer serve. This branch has a terrible service and very poor coordination, it has happened to me three times, therefore it is better to go to other branches even if they are further away from my home. Very poor attention and coordination.

Terrible service, I have always been a BBVA customer but clearly this branch is one of the worst, the previous day I went for a very simple procedure and they told me to arrive before 3 today I went at 10 and it can't happen, time wasted and more for those who work during the week. I recommend that you make an appointment or better go to another one.

Very bad, terrible service, on the part of the executive the truth is very bloody and apart from that, they do not pay attention to what you ask about the app, they send to the windows and from there they do not solve anything for you, they act as if they are working on the computer and only sign contracts digital and in the end it is not what you expect and to date my card is blocked ptm what courage I can not charge or anything

Very nice facilities, but very few staff. Only 2 windows open and 1 account executive. Very friendly, but due to the lack of staff, it took me a long time at the branch, 2 hours wasted.

Terrible service, lines and lines for cashiers or executives and too slow, it is a large branch and they only have 1 open cashier.
