Large branch and not many people

The piece of paper says wait 8min. I ended up waiting 50 minutes and I had to leave because I don't have the life to spend in bank branches. That is ridiculous, that they get more people from the window. terrible service

What can be done? The validity of my credit card expired and they sent it to this branch for replacement delivery and I can't pick it up because this branch is still closed. I haven't been able to pick it up for 2 months and my annuity is coming without being able to use the card where I can communicate so that they can deliver the card to me. It seems unfair to me to pay an annuity without being able to use said card. I would like to see if they send it to another that is in service where I can contact because they do not solve my problem. Thanks, I look forward to an answer soon.

The worst branch in the city. Slow, incompetent staff with zero interest in solving their customers' problems. They should kick them all out.
