Terrible customer service. Up to an hour waiting for an executive to answer, and of the 4 there were, two were busy and the other two were comfortable on their cell phones. They should hire efficient people.
They are thieves in this branch since you count the money you are going to deposit more than three times to make sure that the cash, when you arrive and hand over the wads of bills, they dismantle them and start putting them into the machine, they argue that it is missing
It is practically impossible to beat them since that is why they put the money in their tray as quickly as possible to argue that they cannot show you the tray, therefore they steal the amount that they want.
Avoid coming to deposit cash at this branch as they are thieves
In general there is good service but sometimes the staff that receives you to give you an appointment is rude to people. An older man who asked if he could come in was denied entry and told to wait at the door, with chairs unoccupied inside.
How bad they treat people who pay to receive a service like this.
