The staff serves you the worst, the truth is they don't have the slightest interest in helping you at the ATMs to make deposits, you have to ask the other people who arrive for help.

The only way to get served quickly is if there are no people. Of the 4 boxes that they have, one is not working, two are the ones that get the job done, including the companies with too many movements and the other box is fine, thank you. Oh yes, there's a reason why the staff is at lunch, it's reduced to one box for everyone. You disappoint me BBVA

Being one of the largest banks in Mexico, I expected much better service. 1) They quickly explain the accounts they offer at the entrance and wait for you to decide which one you want. 2) They do not have enough employees and leave them waiting for a long time. 3) The bathrooms are useless because "there is no water." I asked to speak to someone. That someone also quickly explained each account to me. I asked for brochures that would explain each account in detail so I could read and understand calmly, but they don't have them. Additionally, they do not offer a basic shared account. Because "there were many complaints." There are complaints that people do not know what they are signing up for because they do not inform them as they should. I asked to use the bathroom and according to them, the bathrooms "had not worked for days because there is no water." Should you, BBVA bank doesn't have working bathrooms? A disappointment.

Their service is terrible, out of 4 windows they only serve one, while the other cashiers are in conversation, making us wait for hours, and straining our patience, they should have staff committed to their service
