A reverent stupidity that you go up because their ATMs do not collect your bills, you want to go to the cashier to deposit it and they tell you minimum deposits and withdrawals of 25k, that they change the bills for you (at the cashier) so that you can deposit them practically. Be careful because they seem to be colluding with crime.

The lazy cashiers don't want to work, they had several deposits for more than 40 and they send you to practice so what are they doing or what are they getting paid for???? the day they are fired because everything will be done at ATMs where the idiots are not screaming

Terrible treatment by Hostess Lucero Iturbide, she is haughty and rude and to make matters worse she starts pointing and saying that she knows they can't serve you. How horrible that the first thing you see when you enter is these types of people who don't know how to have customer service.

I don't know if it's in general or just this branch, but I've been going for more than six months to update information on my account statement and they don't give a solution. Terrible service. 🙄
