Terrible service, I get a digital shift because due to work I can't go out during the hours they are open. I arrive and there is no one taking turns. I wait and nothing so I take it myself and now if an employee comes to tell me that I can't take it out and I ask her why and she tells me why she gives it and I tell her that it wasn't there and she tells me that it can break down machine. I have limited time so I get it beforehand. I just need to activate the alerts and the lady at the checkout tells me that she can't support me but in a very despotic way they even make you feel like a fool. And it's no use taking an appointment early, they'll just waste your time. I hope I don't come again

Just because there aren't zero stars, lousy service, an advisor who spends more time hanging around, the director is bad, the first filter person with the face of an undertaker to hire these people, avoids using BBVA, it's lousy

Terrible service from the bank, you cannot make payments with a debit card from another bank, they make you wait ages!!😩
