Terrible service, they denied me access to the window even though they had no clients waiting, commenting that it was on instructions from their manager. Not only me but two other hospital workers who requested an appointment to go to the window.

The bank is inside the hospital and they do not give you access. They should remove this address from Google maps, waste of time going to that address.

In reality it does not deserve any Star, its staff denied us access to the window, we asked the reason, they simply denied us direct attention at the window.

They don't let you use it, it's exclusive to the hospital.

Terrible customer service, they lie with procedures that are not
