Just don't go here. I have been to dozens of BBVA and this is simply the worst. Twice I have come to do procedures that later when I went to another branch they told me that they left unfinished. There are never lines, but there aren't because they take so long. I arrived with no person in front of me and it took an hour and a half to serve me, because 4 people passed in front of me because they were going to take out cards or credits. In the end they couldn't help me because "after 3 o'clock they can't make any moves." When I try to talk to the director it turns out that there is no one, and that no one can help me. Seriously, avoid the visit. It's no good if they don't take care of their clients.
