BBVA does not exist there it's an Afirme.

Bad service from 1 to 3, there is always a long line and the tellers inside are very slow, sometimes there is no one from the bank at the entrance, they make the cleaning lady stop the flow of both the bank and the tellers. They only went to replace a card and I was outside in the sun for 30 minutes, they don't give you a turn for the management to settle a good evaluation but that is a lack of ethics. There are free ATMs and the lady who limits access does not let the rest of the ATMs pass.

I went to get an account statement and it was very fast and they activated the app right there, excellent service.

Terrible bank, I was going to process the TDC and there is no system, neither at the teller nor at ATMs, it is not the first time it has happened and it is best not to have anything to do with this bank

Regular service, only one executive working. I've been waiting for more than 40 minutes. If you are in a hurry DO NOT COME TO THIS BANK.
