We went to cash a check, and they conditioned us to purchase a service; Their executives told us that in order to collect it we first had to take out life insurance, car insurance or a credit card, otherwise they would not give us the money. We wanted to talk to the manager and he refused to give us a solution. . We went to another branch and without making any excuses they charged us.
It turns out that to raise the level of my payroll card they asked me to take out insurance for 400 pesos, when I understand that that has nothing to do with it, they didn't do the procedure for me and I can't make any movements
They have such a more inept way without saying another word..... of distributing the shifts, unique in #gdl, they pass you on, they accommodate you, the shifts come out and that's how they are delivered to you

Very bad service, the girls who give the shifts are very poorly organized, they passed me to the waiting area to go to the window and they did NOT give me my shift card when I entered. They also let people in Sabritas uniforms go to the windows without queuing or giving them turns and it is totally disrespectful for those of us who wait in line for more than half an hour... I have gone to other BBVA branches where they have better organization and they make the service more efficient and agile And unfortunately in this branch it is not like that 👎
