Although it is a bank with less agglomeration of beneficiaries than in other branches, I consider that the number of executives is insufficient for the number of people who require personalized attention. On this occasion, my shift ticket showed an approximate wait of 49 minutes and in reality they served me until the 2 hours of my entry and hopefully why two of the people ahead of me who had a similar shift to mine had left. Note that the three executives were not serving at the same time at any time that I was there because when one went into the bank office for about half an hour, only 2 worked. When this one went out to serve clients, another left and it took another while. . They are probably in a meeting or at lunchtime but the number of executives is not enough.
