Terrible service both by phone and chat They are useless! The executives as always are all useless Having been with BBVA for more than 10 years, seriously thinking about changing banks.

I think it's very good, it's a bit hidden but that's the good thing because there aren't many people in the lines and the branch workers are very friendly.

The waiting time is very short, the attention they give you is cordial and they answer your questions with respect and efficiency.

The ATMs are very old and without money

They always serve you well but when you go to the cashier and they have already closed they only keep ringing their alarm which is very, very annoying
