WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT LAST FRIDAY 27/OCT/2023 I MADE A WITHDRAWAL AT THE SECOND ATM FROM THE RIGHT TO THE LEFT. AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE CASH BUT IF THEY DISCOUNTED IT I WILL MAKE THE CLAIM IMMEDIATELY I CALL FOR CLARIFICATION AND IT TOOK 6 DAYS TO TELL ME THAT THE CLAIM IS NOT APPROPRIATE AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY TO ME THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATMS IS THE BANK'S OWN. HAOGA FRAUD DIRECTLY LEADS TO REPORT THIS VITUATION AND THE ONLY THING THAT IS IN MY FAVOR IS THE CONDUCEF AND THE COMPANY WHERE I WORK SINCE THERE HAS OVER 2 THOUSAND PAYROLLS OF WORKERS AND THEY WILL FILE A CLAIM IT TURNS OUT THAT THE RAT IS ME NOT THE BANK BECAUSE THEY SAY Q IF YOU GIVE ME THE $$
Bad service from the staff in module 1, it was our turn, we wanted to open a business account and they moved us to the 3rd module and the lady from the third module never arrived, we were waiting to be attended to.
We spent more than an hour without seeing more people ahead. In the end we left without being attended to.
I had to open an account in another competing bank, this was on September 23, 2022.
Precisely today I had to make a deposit using the practicaja, the practicaja had the warning that it could not deliver a receipt, so it would send me the deposit receipt by email. The mail did not arrive and I required the receipt for a procedure that I had to carry out, I approached the young lady that I was supporting, which I must say, she was somewhat grumpy, I asked her for help and she only told me: "There is nothing you can do, do it again in another box"… I asked him if they could system check the movement or something like that but he was very reluctant and said no. After that I went up to ask her for the ATM number to make the clarification over the phone, she initially ignored me and finally gave it to me but incomplete. In the end, the person who answered me on the phone gave me more support than the lady present at the same bank. They should give more training in customer service, it is not possible for them to behave that way and not want to help you. In the end I had to make a double deposit because this procedure was urgent and I could not wait 8 days after the clarification for the receipt to arrive by mail. The truth is that I was quite disappointed and a little annoyed by the lost money, but I am making this comment in the hope that it will be taken into account and thus be able to avoid a repetition in the future. This happened at BBVA plaza cristal Ags.
