The service in very agile boxes, with the executives another story, only one person attending which generates a great bottleneck. After 50 minutes and still waiting. On other occasions I have heard that executives return to people because they are told that it will take up to 2 hours to process them. If they know that there are procedures that take so long, they should enable more account executives.
